Does Going to the Dentist Make You Nervous?
I am writing this article based on my personal experience. I’ve always had issues with going to the dentist and as a result, would only go when I HAD to. After getting into the nutrition game and using one of my products, I found out that I don’t have to be nervous or avoid the dentist.
Let me tell you a story about having to have some teeth pulled out a couple of years ago. Before going to the dentist I took six glasses – yes, SIX glass of my calcium and magnesium product. I hope this doesn’t sound like I’m promoting my product because my whole purpose here is to enlighten you and if you’re one of those people who can’t go or stress like crazy when having to go to the dentist, there is a solution.
I got to the dentist, who happens to be a friend of mine who gives out single packets to his patients, and went through the start-up routine – checking my teeth, isolating what needed to be done and setting me up for it.
After opening my mouth and his assistant checking everything, I was sitting there for several minutes and then she got me to open my mouth for the injection. I didn’t feel anything at all and was happy about that.
They then started fiddling in my mouth and doing the dentist thing. After about 10 minutes or so I managed to ask when they were going to actually pull the teeth.
To my surprise he said it was already done. I couldn’t believe it. The injection, the teeth being pulled and all the additional things they do and I did NOT feel a thing and I was pretty relaxed.
I really wish I could have had that when I was a kid. Dentist visits were always traumatic and not my favorite pastime. I have subsequently had a few others tell me how it helped them to get over their dental treatment.
Here’s one from a trucker. “Here a while back, Desiree and I were talking and I mentioned to her I was going to the dentist and that I had to have a tooth filled and crown put on one of my teeth. She said I should drink two glasses of the calmag (calcium and magnesium) and that it would help. I didn’t put a lot of attention on it but I thought it wouldn’t hurt. So, that day I drank a glass in the morning then a couple of hours later another two.
“So, I went to the dentist and I was very relaxed. Normally, I’m a bit tense from holding my mouth open and it’s kind of not like I’m fighting the dentist but I’m not very comfortable. I noticed that it was a lot easier to hold my mouth open while he worked on the tooth.

I didn’t have any of that and I was not uncomfortable.
“It just felt as if I hadn’t had the dental work done. The only way I could tell that I’d had it done was that my gum-line was a bit sore, which is normal, from him working on the tooth but I could not believe the difference it made not having those tense jaw muscles. I was really surprised. It was almost unbelievable but it worked really great.
Another thing, I felt so good I did my exercise routine that day. I normally wouldn’t do my exercises after having dental work done like that.”
I really want to let people know they can have dental work done painlessly and stress-free.
